Based on ongoing staff training and internal communication, our safety program is designed to safeguard the health and safety of employees, subcontractors, third parties, and the public and has achieved an unrivaled success record.
Handling Planning and Cost Control, this division ensures the highest professional standards are maintained and delivered. Among the tasks it performs for that purpose, the division audits projects for deficiencies and risk exposure; tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor all levels of project profitability, efficiency, performance, and scheduling requirements; and produces Indicated Outcome Reports to top management for evaluation and control.
Comprising of Engineering, Bidding, and Quality Control services, this division is pivotal in ensuring that the most challenging objectives and requirements are successfully met. Special attention is invariably given to quality control requirements, and close monitoring of all project phases is carried out in accordance to the QA/QC plan and the Company Quality Policy Statement.
In charge of Contracts and Purchasing, this highly developed and continually improving division plays the role of a cost-saving center and ensures top quality, best prices, and timely delivery exactly as per specifications and standards requirements.
Besides Administrative services, this division handles HR Development – the training focus of the Company and the Group; Information Technology (IT) – a field in which our Group is active; Machinery, Plants, and Vehicles (MPV); and Stores – all of which effectively contribute to the success of our operations.
